These are the ground rules for using nilsglenn.com and anything you buy here. By using the site, you agree to them.
The site
Everything here is free to read and watch. The writing, artwork, video and design on this site belong to Nils Glenn unless they're credited to someone else. Please don't copy or republish them without asking. Sharing a link is always welcome.
Study guides
- Guides like The Complete Guide to Biblical Angels are digital downloads (PDFs). You'll get the file right after checkout, from the store's email and download page.
- Your purchase is for you. Print it, mark it up, and use it with your own small group or class. Please don't resell it, upload it for others to download, or pass it around as a file.
- Checkout and payment are handled by a third-party store such as Gumroad, and its terms apply to the payment itself. Prices are shown before you pay.
Refunds
Because guides are instant downloads, sales are generally final. But if the file won't open, you were charged twice or you bought the wrong thing by mistake, reply to your receipt within 14 days and I'll make it right, usually with a refund.
Merch
Merch isn't on sale yet. When it is, the shipping, return and exchange details will be listed here and on the product page.

A note on the content
The videos, letters and guides are my own study and opinion, built on the texts and on scholars I cite. I work hard to get things right, but I'm not your pastor. Read the texts for yourself, check my sources, and come to your own conclusions.
The fine print
- The site and everything on it are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind.
- To the extent the law allows, Nils Glenn isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or the guides. If something goes wrong with a purchase, the most I owe you is what you paid.
- Links to other sites (YouTube, Instagram, beehiiv, Gumroad) are there for your convenience. I'm not responsible for their content or policies.
- If these terms change, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
